Hi, I’m Freddy
I’m a trauma-safe therapist and nervous-system-informed educator supporting women leaders - and the organisations they work within to move beyond burnout into next level leadership, clarity, vitality and creativity.
With over 20 years’ experience in the mental health field, my work goes beyond mindset shifts or surface-level wellbeing initiatives. I support whole-system change - helping people and teams restore regulation, capacity, and aliveness in ways that are sustainable.
I work primarily with women who are deeply committed and capable but exhausted from carrying too much for too long - women who have succeeded and have pushed through, and are now sensing there’s another way to lead, live, and create without hidden costs.
My work is about restoring aliveness, not fixing what’s “wrong.”
It’s about helping lead from an auto-regulated, resourced system - so influence, creativity, and impact flow organically.
Through 1:1 work, group containers, and workplace training, I support clients to:
Lead with clarity, authority, and integrity - without burnout
Reclaim vitality and creative energy without stepping back from leadership
Build joyful resilience in supportive community.
